Metal Pressing Assembly

For many years, we have built metal pressing assemblies using spot welding, Riveting, Crimping and other mechanical fixing methods. Significant investment in these processes makes D.W.O'Brien a natural partner for customers who need more than the component parts and who wishes to buy finished products and/or sub-assemblies.

More recently, additional Space (see Time line) has allowed us to create specialist assembly facilities. This strategic diversification is geared towards products which need additional purchased parts adding to create fully packaged finished Goods. We are even now working on extending our service to hold stock and deliver directly to our customers Customer!

This new evolution has allowed D.W.O'Brien to develop sophisticated, LEAN supply chain systems from Vendors through Operations to Customers
