Laser Profiling

We introduced a Bystronic 1.5KW Laser profiler in 2002.

This was purchased to service a growing market for small batch production where tooling cost could not be justified and to improve our new press part development capability.

We regularly make and develop samples before our customer commits to full "hard" press tooling.

Customer and internal design can be speedily downloaded from DXF files through our RADAN software into the Laser profiler allowing samples to be made within minutes of the initial request.
