It is no longer a competitive advantage to be accredited to ISO9000 Standard. It is an expectation of Customers that their key suppliers will maintain this minimum standard.

It wasn't always like this.

D.W.O'Brien was one of the first Manufacturers in the region to gain BS5750 in 1989. This has been maintained through to the current ISO 9001:2000 Standard without lapse.

As it did in 1989, D.W.O'Brien has fully embraced current quality thinking by managing all aspects of it's business as "Processes".

The newly implemented business Systems which incorporate Shop Floor Data Collection, allow all of these processes to be monitored and controlled, with all deviations from designed outcomes generating automatic "Corrective Action Reporting".
